What we collect, where it lives, and when it is deleted.

1. Who this covers

This policy covers maturitymath.com and the Maturity Math Report. The business is Busento Holdings LLC, Phoenix, Arizona, doing business as Maturity Math.

2. What we collect

• Your email address, entered at checkout and on the first page of the intake. We use it to deliver the report and the correction link, and to answer your questions.
• The financial figures you enter in the intake: property details, loan terms, operating income and expenses, rent roll totals, depreciation and cost segregation figures, carryovers, your filing status and resident state, and your own view of value. You type each figure in. We never receive your documents.
• Payment metadata from Stripe: your name, email, the amount, the payment status, the payment method type, and a checkout session identifier. Stripe handles the card or bank details. We never see your full card number or bank account number.
• Contact and partner inquiries: whatever you type into those forms.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, bank or loan account numbers, or documents of any kind. If you type one into a free-text field, we delete it when we see it.

3. Where it lives

Intake entries and form submissions are stored in a Google Sheet and in Gmail under the business's Google account. Payment records live in Stripe. The website is served by Cloudflare. Each of those providers processes the data on our behalf under its own security terms.

4. Who sees it

Mark Pietramale, who builds and reviews every report. Nobody else at launch. If your report was arranged through a partner firm, that partner receives the finished report. The partner does not receive your intake entries.

5. How long we keep it

• Intake entries: deleted 30 days after your report is delivered. A scheduled job runs daily and removes them.
• Payment records: kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Contact and partner inquiries: kept while the conversation is active, then deleted. Ask and we delete them sooner.
• The report itself: we keep a copy for the correction window and our own quality review, then delete it with the intake entries.

6. What we don't do

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for their own use. We do not use it for advertising. We do not send marketing email. The only emails you get from us are about your purchase, your report, and your questions.

7. Cookies and analytics

The site sets no cookies. The intake saves your entries in your own browser's local storage so you can close the tab and come back; that data stays on your device until you finish or clear it. The only analytics is Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify you.

8. Your choices

You can ask us to delete your intake entries and inquiries at any time, or to send you a copy of what we hold. Use the contact form on the homepage or email busentoholdings@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout. We act within 10 business days. Payment records that the law requires us to keep are the one exception.

9. Security

Data moves over HTTPS. Storage accounts use strong passwords and two-factor authentication. No system is perfect; if we learn of a breach that affects your data, we will tell you by email.

10. Children

The site and the report are for property owners and their advisors. They are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes that affect data we already hold will be sent to the email on file.
