Terms of Service
The terms, in plain words.
Last updated: November 5, 2026
1. Who we are
Maturity Math is a product of Busento Holdings LLC, an Arizona limited liability company doing business as Maturity Math. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Busento Holdings LLC. "You" means the person or entity buying the report.
By buying the report or using the intake at maturitymath.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't buy the report.
2. What you are buying
The Maturity Math Report is independent, software-assisted financial analysis prepared from information you supply through our guided intake. It covers refinance sizing, an income-based value range, the tax on a sale, the effect of a 1031 exchange, and a side-by-side comparison of refinancing, selling, exchanging, and paying down. It is prepared for your own planning.
The report tells you which option the numbers favor and why. The decision is yours.
3. What the report is not
- It is not an appraisal. Any value shown is an estimate built from the figures you entered, not an opinion of market value.
- It is not tax, legal, investment, lending, or brokerage advice.
- We are not acting as a real estate broker, appraiser, mortgage broker, CPA, or attorney, and we are not your fiduciary.
- We do not originate loans, list properties, arrange exchanges, or sell securities.
Confirm the report with your CPA, attorney, and lender before acting on it.
4. Independence
The report does not recommend or name a lender, broker, exchange company, or other provider. We do not pay or accept referral fees. Where a report is delivered through a partner firm, that relationship is disclosed in the report footer, and the partner pays us for the work. Nobody pays us for the answer.
5. Your inputs
The intake asks for figures from your loan note, tax return, rent roll, and operating statements. You type them in. We do not receive or review your documents, so we cannot verify your entries against them. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of what you enter. The intake runs checks that catch some common errors; they do not catch everything. A wrong input produces a wrong report.
Do not enter Social Security numbers, bank or loan account numbers, or anything else the intake does not ask for.
6. Delivery
We deliver the report as a PDF by email within 2 business days of a complete intake. An intake is complete when every required field is answered and no blocking check remains. If we need to ask you a question, the clock pauses until you answer. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.
7. One correction round
If a number you entered was wrong, you may request one correction within 7 days of delivery, through the link in your delivery email. The correction round covers changes to the data you entered. It does not cover new scenarios, additional properties, or questions outside the report. We re-run the report once and deliver the corrected version.
8. Price and payment
The report costs $399, paid at checkout through Stripe by card or United States bank account (ACH). Promotion codes apply only as offered. Stripe's terms govern the payment itself.
9. Refunds
- Full refund if we cannot produce a report from the inputs you provide.
- Full refund if you never complete the intake within 30 days of purchase.
- No refund after the report has been delivered.
To request a refund, use the contact form on the homepage or email us at the address in section 15.
10. Using the report
The report is for you and your advisors. You may share it with your CPA, attorney, lender, and partners in the property. You may not resell it, publish it, or present it as an appraisal or as a document prepared by a licensed professional.
11. How the report is made
The analysis is AI-assisted. A software engine runs your figures against current tax rules and lending conventions, and a person reviews every report before it goes out. Tax law, rates, and lending standards change. The report reflects what we knew on the date it was prepared.
12. No warranties
The report is provided as is. We do not warrant that it is error-free, that any value or tax figure will match what a lender, buyer, appraiser, or taxing authority concludes, or that any option in it will work out as modeled. Estimates are estimates.
13. Limit on our liability
Our total liability to you for anything arising out of the report or these terms is capped at the fee you paid for the report. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost value, or taxes owed, even if we were told they were possible. Some states do not allow all of these limits; where a limit is not allowed, it applies to the extent the law permits.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
15. How to contact us
Use the contact form on the homepage, or email busentoholdings@gmail.com. Mail: Busento Holdings LLC, Phoenix, Arizona.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. The terms in effect when you bought your report are the ones that apply to that report.
